Sweet Girl

D is out of town this weekend on a golfing trip with his buddies. Last night, about 10 min after I put H to bed, she came back down the stairs. Usually, this is mine and D's time to unwind, relax and enjoy each other's company for a while. Last night, when H came down the stairs, she said... "I was just thinking you might be lonely without Dad here. Are you lonely?". I told her that I was a little lonely only because I missed Daddy. She sat beside me on the couch and gave me a great big hug and said, "We are here and don't want you to be lonely. We love you."
