Last week, Children's House had their very own Olympic games. Each classroom was a team from a specific country. Our team was Vietnam. The children all painted their olympic shirt with their team flag on the front and the Olympic rings on the back.

Everyone recieved gold medals...

After the Olympics were done one of our daughter's friend's mother and grandmother came to share with the class some items from Vietnam. The kids looked at a traditional outfit, money, New Year's envelopes, a fan and some books. At lunch they all tried Vietnamese egg rolls and a noodle soup.

It was a terrific cultural exchange for all of the children of Children's House!!
